Campground Rules

• All RV’s and Motor homes must be road-ready, licensed, and have current insurance and registration
• NO SUBLETTING
• Parents are responsible for the conduct, safety, and well-being of their children and are financially responsible for any damages perpetrated by their children. Children under the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult in the public areas of the park.
• Five (5) mile speed limit in the park for all motorized vehicles.
• All overnight guests must register with the park.
• All sewer hoses MUST be up on a support. Park is NOT responsible for unsupported hoses and damage done.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any RV based during maintenance upon its appearance or condition.
• No refunds for any early departure.
• Two (2) vehicles maximum per site. All vehicles must have current registration. NO disabled vehicles in RV site.
• This property is privately owned. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of valuables.
• The space next to you is subject to rental: NO parking at any time and please do not allow awnings or any possessions to impede that space. 
• RV owners are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their guest.
• Vehicle repair and maintenance are not allowed at the RV site
• Boats or trailers are NOT to be parked in the RV sites. Check with management for designated boat/trailer parking.
• All RV’s MUST have a proper electrical power cord and sewer hose seal.
• All RV’s MUST be self-contained; appliances will NOT be allowed outside your RV.
• Only one (1) RV unit per site. NO tents or tarped structures. Any exterior structure must be approved by management.
• Mowing & trimming is done as needed. Please keep items in the yard picked up so that we can mow completely.
• Premised must always be kept clean and neat. No junk or trash. No outside clotheslines!
• Household trash MUST be thrown away in the trash can(s) provided. No job site dumping, no furniture, appliances, or anything other than household trash will be allowed. Do not leave trash outside in your site overnight!
• NO ground fires, NO fireworks, and NO open-carry or illegal firearms are allowed in the park. The discharge of any firearm is grounds for immediate eviction form the park.
• No tents or tarped structures are permitted in spaces.
• No parking in empty RV spaces.
• Pets are welcome – Pets must always be on a leash and never left unattended. Owners must clean up after their pets. No aggressive or constantly barking dogs are allowed in the park. 
• Animals are not allowed to be left alone outside.
• No outdoor appliances
• Site must be maintained to Management’s standards
